Psychological Wellness 

Psychological self-care has two parts:

  • Supportive practices to nurture and maintain a sense of well being and resilience.

  • Recognizing and addressing issues interfere with your happiness. Resources for some common issues are provided below.

 Supportive Practices

Many people find mindfulness and meditation to be useful supportive practices. Here are some example resources:
